    • 80 g Rajma (washed and soaked)
    • 500 ml Water
    • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
    • 2 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 20 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
    • 1.5 tsp Honey
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 piece Capsicum (cut in quarters)
    • 1 piece Onion (cut in quarters)
    • 1 piece Tomato (cut in halves)
    • 50 g English Cucumber (cut in quarters)
    • 20 g Walnut Kernels
    • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Rajma Salad Recipe is a wonderful salad that can be served along with any main course or can be eaten on its own. We have added some onions and tomatoes for texture and crunch

      Prepare Rajma and Dressing

      Pressure cook the soaked Rajma with water and salt externally until soft. Meanwhile, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tamarind Paste, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Mint Leaves, remaining salt, and Honey to The Upliance jar.

      Blend the Dressing

      The device will now prepare the dressing. It processes the ingredients on low heat for 60 seconds at speed 3 to create a smooth, flavorful base.

      Chop Vegetables and Mix

      Add Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, and Cucumber to the jar. The device will cut the vegetables for 8 seconds. Add the boiled Rajma and Walnut Kernels, then the device will mix everything for 10 seconds.

      Garnish and Serve

      The dish is ready. Transfer the salad from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl, garnish with minced Coriander Leaves, and serve fresh.
