  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutFour)
  • 1 piece Mustard Seeds (remove)
  • 5 g Ginger (peel)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 100 g Roasted Vermicelli
  • 250 g Water
  • 0.5 tsp Sunflower Cold Pressed Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 10 g Cashews

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Green Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Ginger, Hing, and Sunflower Cold Pressed Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until spices are fragrant. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the vermicelli

Add Roasted Vermicelli and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vermicelli at 95°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will maintain precise temperature.

Add remaining ingredients

Add Salt, Coriander Leaves, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will sauté at 95°C for 6 minutes with automatic stirring. Add Cashews in the last minute.

The dish is ready
