Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 100 g Spinach (washed)
  • 1 piece Button Mushroom (cleaned)
  • 150 g Tomato (washed)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 g Coconut Milk
  • 300 ml Water

Add aromatics to jar

Add onion, garlic, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar to begin the base of the stew.

Chop and Sauté aromatics

The device will now cut the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring to release flavors.

Add vegetables and cook

Add spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, coconut milk, water, and seasonings to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables and simmer the stew on medium heat for 12 minutes.
