  • 130 g Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing (none)
  • 1 piece Tomato (roughly chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 50 ml Water (none)
  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 8 g Butter (softened)

Instructions

Prepare the aromatics

Add onions, green chillies, garlic, and coriander stems to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the ingredients. Once chopped, add refined oil, jeera, and hing to the jar.

Sauté the mixture

The device will now sauté the aromatics on medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. The Upliance utilizes automatic stirring to ensure the onions brown evenly without burning.

Cook the masala and paneer

Add the tomato, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and water. The device cooks the masala on medium heat for 7 minutes. Then, add the paneer cubes, mint leaves, and butter. The device will simulate a gentle stir on low heat for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.

Serve the Paneer Bhurji
