Add ghee, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, bay leaves, and dried red chilies to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté these on medium heat for 30 seconds to release aromatics.

The dish is ready. Let the rice sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
