  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (solid)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 1 Ginger (remove)
  • 6 g Ginger (peel)
  • 90 g Onion (cutTwo)
  • 240 g Tomato (cc56df53-8336-48a2-b02c-69a86499272b)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (rootCut)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Ghee, Jeera, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cut and cook aromatics

Add Garlic and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut and sauté aromatics at 95°C for 180 seconds with speed 14 and automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Onion, Tomato, Turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the Onion and Tomato at 95°C for 300 seconds with speed 13 and automatic stirring. Then stir at speed 1 for 5 seconds. Finally, cook at 95°C for 900 seconds with speed 14 and automatic stirring.
