  • 20 leaves mint leaves (cleaned)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (remove)
  • 8 cloves garlic (peel)
  • 4 g ginger (peel)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (none)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (none)
  • 0.5 inches cinnamon stick (none)
  • 1 tsp jeera (none)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (squeeze)
  • 0.5 tsp vinegar (none)
  • 30 ml refined oil (none)
  • 300 g chicken curry cut (wash)
  • 0 g green marinade sauce (1c6e780d-ae00-4027-981f-f0d681043ad6)
  • 1 tsp salt (none)
  • 2 stems green chilli (rootCut)
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice (squeeze)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar for marinade

Add all marinade ingredients to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now blend into a paste.

The device will now marinate the chicken

Add marinated chicken to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.

Add chicken to jar for sauteing

Add the marinated chicken to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the chicken using the following settings: Initially 10 seconds at speed 1 and temperature 20°C in CLASSIC mode, then 10 minutes at speed 13 and temperature 95°C in TAT mode. Then 5 seconds at speed 1 and temperature 20°C, followed by 15 minutes at speed 14 and temperature 95°C in TAT mode. Finally, 3 seconds at speed 1 and temperature 20°C in CLASSIC mode before switching to RICECOOKER mode for 15 minutes at speed 14 and temperature 100°C.
