Add 100 g ghee, 10 cloves peeled garlic, 130 g cut into four onion, 1 piece green chilli with stem removed, 130 g diced tomato, 10 g cashews, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp bay leaf, 1 tsp green cardamom powder, and 0.25 tsp clove to The Upliance jar. The device will first sauté these aromatics for 7-8 minutes at medium heat, then cool and blend them into a smooth paste.
Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 25 g butter, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 0.25 tsp kashmiri mirch, 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, and the aromatic paste from the previous step to The Upliance jar. Add 200 g cut paneer, 10 g water, 2 tsp kasoori methi, and 2.5 tbsp ice cubes to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will cook the paneer in the gravy for approximately 10 minutes at high heat, with automatic stirring and gentle simmering to infuse the flavors.
Add 10 g cream and 1 tsp kasoori methi to The Upliance jar for garnishing. The device will gently stir for a short duration at low heat, then your creamy Paneer Masala is ready to be served.
