Ingredients

  • 25 g Cashews (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (standard)
  • 2 medium Onions (roughly chopped)
  • 3 medium Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 100 ml Water (room temperature)
  • 3 tsp Fresh Cream (whisked)
  • 10 g Butter (unsalted)
  • 2.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi (dried)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (ground)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder (ground)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (ground)
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala (ground)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 10 g Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add Refined Oil, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, and Cashews to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is locked securely.

The device will sauté the aromatics on medium heat (100-120°C) for approximately 10 minutes with automatic stirring until the mixture is soft and fragrant.

Add spices and paneer

Add Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Salt, Kasoori Methi, Butter, Cream, Water, and Paneer cubes to the jar. The device will cook the gravy on medium heat for 12 minutes.

The dish is ready

The Paneer Masala is now ready. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and extra cream, then serve hot with Naan or Rice.
