    • 25 g Cashews (whole)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (standard)
    • 2 medium Onions (roughly chopped)
    • 3 medium Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 10 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 100 ml Water (room temperature)
    • 3 tsp Fresh Cream (whisked)
    • 10 g Butter (unsalted)
    • 2.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi (dried)
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (ground)
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder (ground)
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (ground)
    • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala (ground)
    • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
    • 10 g Coriander Leaves (chopped)

    Instructions

    Paneer korma is a creamy North Indian curry featuring soft paneer cubes cooked in a rich and aromatic gravy, known for its mild, nutty flavors. Pair with Naan or Rice

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add Refined Oil, Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, and Cashews to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is locked securely.
