Ingredients

  • 170 ml Water
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Tea Leaves
  • 7 g Ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 0.25 tsp Cardamom or Cinnamon Powder
  • 230 g Packet Milk

Add tea base ingredients

Add water, sugar, and tea leaves to The Upliance jar.

Brew the decoction

The device will now brew the tea base. It cooks on medium heat for 1.5 minutes with automatic stirring to extract the flavor.

Add milk and spices

Add grated ginger, spice powder, and milk to the jar. The device will mix and boil the chai on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes, cycling heat to prevent spilling.

Serve the Chai

The Ginger Chai is ready. Carefully strain the tea from The Upliance jar into cups and serve hot.
