Ingredients

  • Medium Poha
  • Refined Oil
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • Thick Poha
  • Tamarind Paste
  • 3 g Onion (peeled)
  • 2 piece Ginger (cutFour)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves
  • Salt
  • Washed Poha
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • Water
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add Aromatics to Jar

Add Green Chilli (remove), Onion (peeled), and Ginger (cutFour) to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut Aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now cut the aromatics. Select cutting mode with cap and lid on, scrape on, at speed 12 for 10 seconds at 20°C with CLASSIC heating mode.

Repeat Additions and Cooking

Add Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, and Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cooking mode with cap and lid on, scrape on, at speed 6 for 8 seconds at 20°C with CLASSIC heating mode. Add Poha, Tamarind Paste, Sugar, and Salt. Select cooking mode at speed 1 for 20 seconds at 20°C, followed by speed 13 at 120°C for 120 seconds with CLASSIC heating mode and automatic stirring.

Garnish with Coriander Leaves (mince) and serve. The Tamarind Poha is ready to enjoy.
