Ingredients

  • 100 g Suji
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 10 Cashews
  • 10 g Almonds
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 350 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Saffron
  • 5 ml Flavoring

Instructions

Add ghee and nuts to jar

Add ghee, cashews and almonds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 1 minute until lightly toasted with automatic stirring.

The device will now roast suji

Add suji to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let Upliance roast the suji for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above with flavoring

Add water, sugar, saffron and flavoring to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 7 minutes with automatic stirring and lid on. Reduce temperature to 90°C and cook for 3 more minutes.
