Add ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, green chilies, and garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.
Add potatoes, capsicum, and peas to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will sauté at 95°C for 10 seconds, then stir and cook the vegetables at 95°C for 300 seconds using automatic stirring.
Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, coriander powder, Goda Masala, sugar, salt, and rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add water. The device will now cook the rice at 95°C for 420 seconds, then rest for 3 seconds at 20°C and finally steam at 95°C for 1200 seconds with the lid on using automatic stirring.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. The Masala Bhat is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
