Add oil, ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, garlic, and green chilli to The Upliance jar.
The device will chop the aromatics and sauté the tempering spices on medium heat (approx 100°C) for about 1 minute.
Add potatoes, capsicum, peas, powdered spices, rice, and water to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat (<100°C) for approximately 27 minutes.
Open the lid, garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut, and serve hot.
