Pumpkin Sambar
Add tempering spices (oil, mustard seeds, chillies, hing, curry leaves, urad dal) to The Upliance jar. Then add the aromatics (garlic, ginger, onion) and vegetables (tomato, pumpkin) along with spices (jaggery, turmeric, salt, sambar powder).
The device will now chop the vegetables automatically. It will then sauté the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes to release the aromas of the spices and aromatics.
Add the boiled toor dal and tamarind paste to the jar. The Upliance will cook the sambar on low heat for 32 minutes with automatic stirring to blend all flavors perfectly.
The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.
