This recipe is DelishUp version of Paneer Masala. Deliciously flavorful, aromatic, rich, creamy with very low effort. Pair with naan/roti or rice
Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Jeera, and 0.5 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will sauté these for 1 minute on medium heat until fragrant. Then, add 130 g cut Onion, 2 g peeled Ginger, 1 piece stem-removed Green Chilli, and 10 stem root-cut Coriander Leaves.
The Upliance will now automatically chop the fresh ingredients for 10 seconds. Then, it will sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 8 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring the onions turn soft and translucent.
Repeat the above by adding 130 g cut Tomato, 0.75 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.25 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi, 50 ml Water, and 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will cook this mixture on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. Finally, add 200 g cut Paneer, 70 g Water, and 50 g Cream. The Upliance will then simmer the Tangy Paneer on low heat for another 7 minutes.
The dish is ready! Garnish the Tangy Paneer with 3 tsp Kasoori Methi. Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
