This recipe is DelishUp version of Paneer Masala. Deliciously flavorful, aromatic, rich, creamy with very low effort. Pair with naan/roti or rice
Add oil, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will heat the spices on medium heat for 1 minute. Add the quartered onions, ginger, coriander stems, and green chilli to the jar.
The device will now chop the vegetables automatically. It will then sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 9 minutes with automatic stirring until aromatic.
Add tomatoes, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, kashmiri mirch, and 50ml water. The device will cook the masala base on medium heat for 7 minutes.
Add paneer cubes, cream, and remaining water. The device will simmer the curry on low heat for 7 minutes. Garnish with kasoori methi and serve hot.
