Add Kokum, Water, Jeera, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the ingredients.
Add Roasted Peanuts, Jaggery, and Rock Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 600 seconds with automatic stirring. Then, reduce speed to 3 for 5 seconds. Finally, cook again at 95°C for 120 seconds.
Add 250 ml of water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the curry at 95°C for an additional 120 seconds with automatic stirring.
