Ingredients

  • 100 g Roasted Atta (microwave roasted)
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 300 ml Water
  • 15 tsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 10 g Cashews

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 100g roasted atta, 30g raisins, 20g almonds, and 5 tbsp ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these ingredients at 100°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the halwa

Add 300ml water and 15 tsp sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the halwa at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring and a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees. Repeat this cooking process 2 more times for 10 minutes each at 95°C.

Add remaining ingredients

Add 1 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now stir for 1 minute at 20°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 10g cashews. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve. The Atta Halwa is ready.
