Karivepaku Podi (Curry Leaves Powder, Karuveppilai Podi) is a South Indian condiment (dry chutney powder) that brings together the refreshing flavor of curry leaves and spices. Pair with a Rice, Dosa, or Idlis.

Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 2 tsp mustard seeds, 0.5 tsp hing, 4 leaves curry leaves, and 0.5 tsp dried red chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds. The device will now roast the spices.
Add 3 g peeled red pumpkin, 4 g washed capsicum, 30 g trimmed and cut french beans, 30 g washed cabbage, 30 g cut chow chow, 30 g chopped onion, 0.5 piece small brinjal cut in two, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 0.75 tbsp chopped ginger, 4 stems root cut carrot, 30 g chopped tomato, and 1.5 tsp tamarind paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
Secure the lid of The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select blend mode at 20°C for 10 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now blend the cooked vegetables.
Remove the Veg Thuvayal from The Upliance 2.0 jar into a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Serve with rice or your preferred South Indian dish.
