Ingredients

  • 50 g Besan Flour (roasted)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 piece Onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cut into four)
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 100 g Warm Water

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add roasted Besan, oil, mustard seeds, hing, turmeric, onion, garlic, green chili, Kashmiri Mirch, and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now sauté and cook

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0 at 95°C for 5 minutes. The device will automatically stir the ingredients until fragrant. Then, add warm water and cook for 15 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add minced coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to stir automatically.
