Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp mustard seeds, 0.5 tsp jeera, and 0.25 tsp hing to The Upliance jar. The device will heat the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
Add the onion, garlic, and green chilli. The device will chop these ingredients and then automatically switch to sauté mode, cooking them on low heat for 3 minutes until translucent.
Add salt, turmeric, Kashmiri mirch, roasted besan, and 100g warm water to the jar. The device will mix thoroughly and cook the Zunka on low heat for approximately 30 minutes with continuous automatic stirring.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, transfer the Zunka to a serving bowl. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot.
