Add 400g water, 250ml buttermilk, 60g coarsely ground barley daliya, 1 tsp jeera powder, 2 minced stems of green chili, 10g chopped onion, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select the first cooking setting on The Upliance 2.0: 95°C for 120 seconds at speed 13 with PID control. The device will automatically stir. Then, continue with the second setting: 95°C for 720 seconds at speed 14 with PID control. The device will automatically stir.
The Upliance 2.0 will now proceed to the third cooking setting: 95°C for 480 seconds at speed 13, with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees. Finally, it will cool down at 20°C for 10 seconds with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir throughout this process.
Once the final cooking stage is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will indicate that the Jau Ki Raab is ready. Serve hot or cold as per preference.
