Ingredients

  • 200 g sweet potato (peeled, cut in cubes)
  • 800 ml water
  • 0.25 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 10 cashews
  • 10 raisins
  • 70 g sugar
  • 0.5 tsp saffron

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 200g peeled and cubed sweet potato, 800ml water, and 0.25 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the boil mode at 95°C for 30 minutes.

The device will now boil and prepare the sweet potato

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Once boiled, strain the sweet potatoes and let them cool.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 3 tbsp ghee, 10 cashews, 10 raisins, 70g sugar, and 0.5 tsp saffron to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the sauté mode at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will stir continuously and cook the Halwa until thickened.
