    Ingredients

    • 1 piece Onion (peeled)
    • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 200 g Red Pumpkin (peeled and cut)
    • 50 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (cut)
    • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Fennel Seeds
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.75 tsp Black Pepper
    • 480 ml Water
    • 80 g Cream
    • 15 g Butter
    • 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes
    • 0.25 tsp Rosemary

    Instructions

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and olive oil to The Upliance jar. Close the lid securely.

      The device will now cut and sauté

      The device will automatically chop the ingredients and then sauté them on low heat for approximately 10 minutes with continuous automatic stirring.

      Add vegetables and cook soup

      Add pumpkin, carrots, green chilli, spices, and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the vegetables on medium heat for 20 minutes and automatically blend the mixture into a smooth puree.

      Finish with cream and serve

      Add cream and butter to the jar. The device will blend for 1 minute to emulsify. Pour into bowls, garnish with chilli flakes and rosemary. The dish is ready.
