This coconut ginger carrot soup is an easy recipe, with great flavours of garlic and cumin. Pair with toasted bread

Add chopped onion, peeled garlic, peeled ginger, and olive oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 10 minutes at 120°C. Then, add cubed pumpkin, peeled and chopped carrots, and cut green chilli to the jar. The device will cook at 95°C for 25 minutes with automatic stirring using the TAT heating mode.
Add cumin powder, cinnamon powder, fennel seeds, jeera powder, and coconut milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking at 95°C for a further 12 minutes with automatic stirring using the TAT heating mode. Then, stir at low speed for 5 minutes to allow the soup to blend slightly.
Add cream and butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Blend at speed 4 for 5 minutes using CLASSIC heating mode at 20°C. Finally, garnish with chilli flakes and rosemary in a separate bowl. The pumpkin soup is ready to serve.
