Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 40 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 6 stems Coriander stems (whole)
  • 0.75 tsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 0.75 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • 1 stems Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 6 stems Spring Onion Green (rootCut)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add green chilli, garlic, and ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut/cook aromatics

The device will now cook vegetables

Add carrot and coriander stems to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook vegetables at 20°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, increase temperature to 95°C and cook for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients

Add refined oil, black pepper, water, and lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook soup at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring, then simmer at 95°C for 5 minutes.

The soup is ready

Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions in a separate bowl. The dish is ready.
