Add carrot and coriander stems to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook vegetables at 20°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, increase temperature to 95°C and cook for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add refined oil, black pepper, water, and lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook soup at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring, then simmer at 95°C for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions in a separate bowl. The dish is ready.
