Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken Boneless (washed and cut)
  • 130 g Onion (quartered)
  • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 30 g Butter
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 30 g Curd (for marinade)
  • Assorted Spices (Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Turmeric, Coriander, Kasoori Methi, Sugar)

Prepare the Aromatics

Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, and Refined Oil to The Upliance jar. Then add the peeled Garlic, Ginger, quartered Onions, and Green Chilli.

Chop and Cook Gravy Base

The device will automatically chop the vegetables and sauté them on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Then, add tomatoes, butter, sugar, salt, and powdered spices. The device will cook the gravy base on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Cook the Chicken

Add the marinated chicken, water, and fresh cream to the jar. The Upliance will cook the curry on medium heat for 15 minutes, utilizing automatic stirring to ensure the sauce is creamy and the chicken is tender.

The dish is ready

The Butter Chicken is ready. Garnish with crushed Kasoori Methi and serve hot with Naan or Rice.
