Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (none)
  • 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes)
  • 80 g Onion (f29e4df2-8bf9-4c3a-9f1c-6aa307472584)
  • 150 g Coriander Powder (none)
  • 110 ml Coconut Milk (none)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Jeera, Refined Oil, Turmeric, Green Chilli, Kashmiri Mirch, Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the spices. Then add Tofu, Onion, Coriander Powder, and Coconut Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the curry at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.

Repeat and finalize

Add Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will stir for 2 minutes at 20°C then cook for 10 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will indicate completion. Carefully remove the Coconut Tofu Curry from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve.
