Ingredients

  • 250 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 350 ml Water (room temperature)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 1.5 pieces Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 14 g Butter (softened)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala (powder)
  • 15 g Cheese Cube (for garnish)

Instructions

Boil the Corn

Add sweet corn and water to The Upliance jar. Ensure the cap is on.

Cook and Strain

The device will now boil the corn on medium heat for 8 minutes. Once complete, strain the water carefully and keep the boiled corn kernels aside.

Chop and Toss

Add coriander, chillies, and butter to the jar; the device will chop and sauté them. Then, add the boiled corn, salt, Kashmiri mirch, and chaat masala. The device will mix everything on medium heat for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve Hot

The dish is ready. Transfer the hot corn to a bowl and grate the cheese cube over the top for garnish.
