The Upliance 2.0 will cook at 95°C for 600 minutes with automatic stirring and lid on. Then stir at speed 1 for 10 minutes and then again at 95°C for 600 minutes with speed 14. Finally, stir at 95°C for 300 minutes with stir duty 6 and stir angle 140, with an exit time of 4200.
