Add soaked rice, water, refined oil, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select The Upliance 2.0 sauté mode at 95°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then switch to High Medium Low (HML) heating mode at 120°C for 240 seconds. Then continue cooking in HML mode at 120°C for an additional 840 seconds. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir during the sautéing phase.
Add the cut onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the onions at 95°C for 240 seconds using automatic stirring with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.
Remove the Bagara Rice from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it sit for 10 minutes to fluff out. Garnish with coriander and serve.
