Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (cut into four)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 8 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp Chutney Podi
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add onion, garlic, green chilli, coriander stems, ghee, jeera, curry leaves, and dried red chilli to The Upliance jar.

Add cubed paneer, chutney podi, and salt to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring gently to coat the paneer evenly.

Transfer the Paneer Podi Fry to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or chapati.
