Ingredients

  • 100 g Golden Raisin (soaked in OJ)
  • 100 g Cashews
  • 100 g Dried Cranberry (soaked in OJ)
  • 80 g Black Raisins (soaked in OJ)
  • 10 units Walnut Kernels
  • 80 g Almonds
  • 350 g Orange Juice
  • 204 g Refined Flour (sieved)
  • 120 g Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 35 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Chai Masala
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 210 g TetraPak Milk

Prepare fruits and butter base

After soaking dry fruits in orange juice for 24 hours, strain them and coat with 20g flour. Add softened butter and brown sugar to The Upliance jar.

Cream the mixture

The device will now mix the butter and sugar to create a creamy texture. It operates at low heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring.

Make the batter

Add remaining flour, milk, spices, and baking agents to the jar. The Upliance will mix the batter at low heat for 2 minutes. Fold in the dry fruits.

Bake and Serve

Pour batter into a greased pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Brush with reserved juice. The dish is ready after cooling.
