Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed and sliced)
  • 60 g Instant Noodles
  • 300 g Water
  • 200 ml Soy Milk
  • 50 g Bok Choy (washed)
  • 50 g Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chilli Oil
  • 5 g Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Sauté the Paneer

Add paneer cubes, 1 tbsp oil, and 2 tbsp soy sauce to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté on low heat for 7 minutes. Once done, remove paneer and set aside.

Prepare Aromatics and Mushrooms

Add garlic, ginger, and chillies to the jar. The device will automatically chop them, then sauté on low heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Cook the Ramen Base

Add water, soy milk, noodles, vegetables, peanut butter, remaining soy sauce, and seasonings. The Upliance will simmer the broth on low heat for about 7-12 minutes until noodles are cooked.

The dish is ready

Pour the ramen into a bowl. Top with the sautéed paneer set aside earlier, chilli oil, chopped spring onions, and white sesame seeds. Serve hot.
