Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 10 g Butter (softened)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Onion (removed)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (ab492da4-449f-4b53-9795-2cbc724e43eb)
  • 0.75 tsp Dried Red Chilli (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Refined Oil, Butter, Garlic, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook mushrooms and spices

Add Button Mushroom, Dried Red Chilli, and Black Pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, switch to RICECOOKER mode at 100°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

There is no need to add more ingredients. The Upliance 2.0 will continue cooking the mixture until the timer expires.
