Ingredients

  • 120 g Washed Chana Dal (washed)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 6 g Peeled Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Bay Leaf (removed)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 10 g Dried Red Chilli (none)
  • 10 g Green Chilli (none)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 10 g Cashews (none)
  • 10 g Raisins (none)
  • 10 g Coconut (6277759d-c201-4c9e-8d06-5d8c9614b305)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Washed Chana Dal, Water, Ginger, Bay leaf, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes at 100°C with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the dal

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically cook the dal for 1500 seconds at 95°C using the pre-programmed setting. The device will automatically stir and maintain the temperature.

Add remaining ingredients and sauté

Add Ghee, Cashews, Raisins, and Coconut to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready
