    Ingredients

    • 300 g Chicken Boneless (washed)
    • 20 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 2 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1.5 pieces Dried Red Chilli (stems removed)
    • 1 piece Onion (halved)
    • 6 stems Coriander Leaves (roots removed)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
    • 1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 0.25 tbsp Brown Sugar
    • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (mixed with water)
    • 100 ml Water

    Instructions

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add garlic, ginger, dried red chillies, onion, and coriander stems to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is secured.

      The device will now cut and sauté

      The device will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. After adding oil, it will sauté the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Add chicken and cook

      Add the marinated chicken, sauces, sugar, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook everything on low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring automatically to coat the chicken evenly.

      The dish is ready

      Once the chicken is tender and the sauce has thickened, the process is complete. Serve the hot garlic chicken with rice or noodles.
