Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Dried Red Chilli (remove stem)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cut into four)
  • 50 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 20 g Dates (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 600 g Ripe Mango (peeled and pulp removed)
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 12 g White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add dried red chillies, ginger, garlic, onion, carrot, dates, and refined oil to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance will chop the ingredients for 10 seconds. Then, it will switch to sauté mode on low heat for 2 minutes to cook the aromatics.

Add mango and cook

Add mango pulp, sugar, salt, remaining spices, lemon juice, and vinegar to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 50 minutes with continuous automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Spicy Mango Ginger Sauce is ready. Transfer to a bowl, allow it to cool completely, and store in a jar in the refrigerator.
