Ingredients

  • 400 g Paneer (cubed or crumbled)
  • 10 whole Pistachio
  • 30 g Almonds (20g for grinding, 10g chopped for garnish)
  • 26 g Cashews (20g for grinding, 6g for garnish)
  • 20 g Cream
  • 120 g Packet Milk
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 9 tbsp Sweet Condensed Milk

Grind Paneer and Nuts

Add 400g Paneer, 10 Pistachios, 20g Almonds, and 20g Cashews to The Upliance jar. Close the lid and let the device grind the ingredients for 20 seconds to create a coarse, grainy texture.

Cook with Milk and Cream

Add 20g Cream, 120g Milk, and 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring to reduce the liquids.

Thicken with Condensed Milk

Add 9 tbsp Sweet Condensed Milk to the mixture in the jar. The device will continue to cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the jar.

Garnish and Set

The dish is ready. Transfer the hot mixture to a greased tray or plate. Garnish with the remaining chopped Almonds and Cashews. Let it cool completely to set, then refrigerate before cutting.
