Ingredients

  • 5 Pieces Egg (raw)
  • 90 g Besan Flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 80 ml Water

Add ingredients to jar

Add Besan flour, rice flour, Kashmiri Mirch, Jeera powder, salt, oil, and water to The Upliance jar. Place the raw eggs into the air fryer basket.

The device will now cook and mix

The device will air fry the eggs on high heat for 15 minutes to boil them. Simultaneously, The Upliance will automatically mix the batter ingredients in the jar until smooth.

Repeat the process to fry

Peel the cooked eggs and coat them evenly with the batter from the jar. Place them back in the air fryer liner. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes.

The dish is ready

Once the coating is crispy and golden brown, remove the Egg Bondas from the air fryer and serve hot.
