Ingredients

  • 300 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 100 g Sweet Corn (kernels)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 10 pieces Black Olives (sliced)
  • 0.25 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Boil the vegetables

Add broccoli, sweet corn, and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook them on low heat for 8 minutes. Once done, strain the vegetables and set them aside.

Prepare the aromatics

Add peeled garlic to the empty jar. The device will chop the garlic automatically. Add olive oil and chilli flakes, then The Upliance will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 30 seconds.

Sauté the vegetables

Add the boiled broccoli and corn back into the jar along with salt, honey, and black pepper. The device will sauté the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a serving bowl. Garnish with sliced black olives and fresh lemon juice. The dish is ready to serve.
