A vegetarian main course dish featuring paneer cooked in a creamy methi and black pepper sauce without onion and garlic.
First, soak 40g cashews and 30g melon seeds. Then, add the soaked cashews and melon seeds along with 30g green chilies, 30g curd, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 tsp Kasoori methi, and water to The Upliance mixer grinder to form a smooth paste.
Add 2.5 tbsp ghee, 2 pieces cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 0.5 tsp whole black pepper, and 1 piece bay leaf to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will sauté these aromatic spices on medium heat for 1 minute 30 seconds with automatic stirring. Then, add the prepared cashew-melon seed paste and the device will continue to sauté on low heat for 3 minutes until it's well-cooked and fragrant.
Next, add 2 pieces whisked cream, 200g cubed paneer, remaining 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp ground black pepper, 10g softened butter, 80ml water, and remaining 1 tsp Kasoori methi to The Upliance jar. Close the lid and The Upliance will cook the paneer curry on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring the paneer absorbs all the rich flavors.
Once cooked, garnish the Paneer Methi Kali Mirch with 2 stems of minced coriander leaves. The dish is ready to be served hot with your favorite bread or rice.
