Add soaked chickpeas, water, and salt to the pressure cooker. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes until soft.
Drain the water. In a bowl, mix boiled chickpeas with coconut oil, chaat masala, piri piri spice, and salt. Add the marinated chickpeas to the Upliance air fryer basket.
Set the device to high heat and air fry for 15 minutes. Shake the basket to ensure even cooking, then continue cooking on high heat for another 5 minutes.
