    Ingredients

    • 300 g Prawns (shelled)
    • 1.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (paste)
    • 40 g Curd (whisked)
    • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked)
    • 2 whole Green Cardamom (whole)
    • 2 whole Clove (whole)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (liquid)
    • 170 g Onion (cut in two)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
    • 300 ml Water (liquid)
    • 5 tbsp Ghee (liquid)

    Instructions

    Our take on the scrumptious prawn biryani

      Add spices and aromatics to jar

      Add whole spices (cardamom, clove, pepper), oil, cut onions, garlic, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop and sauté the aromatics on medium heat for approximately 6 minutes.

      The device will now cook the prawn base

      Add the marinated prawns, mint leaves, and powdered spices to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring to seal the flavors.

      Repeat the above for the rice

      Add the soaked and drained rice along with 300ml water to The Upliance jar. The device will switch to rice cooking mode on low heat (95°C) for 32 minutes to steam the biryani perfectly.

      The dish is ready

      Once the cooking cycle finishes, open the lid. Garnish the biryani with caramelized onions and fresh coriander before serving hot.
