Our take on the scrumptious prawn biryani
Add whole spices (cardamom, clove, pepper), oil, cut onions, garlic, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop and sauté the aromatics on medium heat for approximately 6 minutes.
Add the marinated prawns, mint leaves, and powdered spices to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring to seal the flavors.
Add the soaked and drained rice along with 300ml water to The Upliance jar. The device will switch to rice cooking mode on low heat (95°C) for 32 minutes to steam the biryani perfectly.
Once the cooking cycle finishes, open the lid. Garnish the biryani with caramelized onions and fresh coriander before serving hot.
