Our take on the scrumptious prawn biryani

    1. 1

      Add x to jar

Start by preparing the prawns by marinating them for 1 hour. Wash and soak the basmati rice for 1 hour. Then, add 2 tbsp Ghee, 2 pieces Green Cardamom, 2 pieces Clove, and 0.25 tsp Black Pepper to The Upliance jar. Next, add 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed), and 170 g Onion (cut into two).

    2. 2

The device will now cut/cook x

The Upliance will now sauté the whole spices on high heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring. Following this, it will chop and sauté the garlic, chilli, and onions on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Then, add the 300 g Marinated Prawns, 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned), and 0.75 tsp Salt. The Upliance will sauté these ingredients on medium heat for about 4 minutes.

    3. 3

      Repeat the above

Repeat the adding process. First, add the 140 g Basmati Rice (drained from soaking) and 300 ml Water to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then cook the biryani on medium heat for approximately 39 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring perfect doneness. While the biryani cooks, separately caramelize 2 medium hand-chopped Onions using 5 tbsp Refined Oil on low heat in a pan.
