Ingredients

  • 100 g Peanuts (Raw)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2.5 piece Tomato (cut in two)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 0.625 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 60 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 8 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add raw peanuts, peeled garlic, and dried red chilies to The Upliance jar for the initial roasting phase.

The device will roast the ingredients on medium heat for 7 minutes to release aromas, followed by an automatic grinding cycle to break them down.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add tomatoes, spices (turmeric, jeera, kashmiri mirch, hing, salt), tamarind paste, oil, and water. The device will cook on low heat for 8 minutes and blend into a smooth paste.

The dish is ready

Transfer the chutney to a bowl. In a separate small pan, heat oil and add sesame seeds and curry leaves, then pour this tempering over the chutney to serve.
