Add 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 2 cloves Clove, 130g Onion (cutTwo), and 130 g Tomato (92da94e0-b2ee-4e46-8324-00bcfa404fbb) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 10 minutes until onions turn golden. The device will now sauté the aromatics and spices.
Add 60g Tomato, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, and 0.25 tsp Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tomatoes and spices.
Add 200g Tofu (cut in cubes) and 1 tsp Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 15 minutes with automatic stirring at speed 14. The device will now cook the Tofu in the tomato gravy.
Add 80g Butter and 2 stems Coriander Leaves (none) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. The dish is ready to be served.
