Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 1.5 piece Onion (cut in half)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 80 g Carrot (peeled)
  • 150 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 350 g Coconut Milk
  • 60 ml Water
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add spices and aromatics

Add Refined Oil, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Jeera, Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, and Ginger to The Upliance jar.

Chop and sauté

The device will chop the aromatics and then sauté on low heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Add vegetables and cook

Add Carrots, Sweet Corn, Turmeric, Jeera Powder, Salt, Coconut Milk, and Water to the jar. The device will chop the carrots and cook the stew on low heat for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The stew is ready. Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and serve hot with steamed Rice or Appam.
