    • 100 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 30 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
    • 2.5 piece Tomato (chopped)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)
    • 10 g Roasted Salted Peanuts

    Instructions

    A quick, easy poha variant made with bread cubes, paneer, onions, tomatoes, and spices. A great way to use up bread and up your 'sandwich' game.

      Sauté Aromatics

      Add Refined Oil, Jeera, Mint Leaves, Onion, Green Chilli, and Garlic to The Upliance jar. The device will chop and sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 3 minutes.

      Add Tomatoes, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Turmeric, and Paneer to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring to create the base.

      Add Bread and Finish

      Add bread cubes and Lemon Juice to the jar. The device will gently mix and cook the poha on low heat for about 6 minutes until the bread absorbs the flavors.

      The Bread Paneer Poha is ready. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and Roasted Salted Peanuts before serving.
