    Ingredients

    • 4 piece Capsicum (cored)
    • 60 g Crumbled Paneer (mashed)
    • 30 g Tomato (finely chopped)
    • 30 g Onion (finely chopped)
    • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
    • 1 tbsp Refined Oil

    Instructions

    Capsicum stuffed with masala, rich and flavorful.

      Prepare the stuffing

      Add crumbled paneer, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Jeera powder, and turmeric to a mixing bowl.

      Stuff the capsicum

      Mix the ingredients thoroughly until combined. Tightly stuff the paneer mixture into the hollowed capsicums and brush the outer layer with refined oil.

      The device will now cook the capsicum

      Place the stuffed capsicums into The Upliance Air Fryer basket. Cook on high heat for 14 minutes to ensure the skin is roasted and filling is heated through.

      The dish is ready
