Ingredients

  • 4 piece Capsicum (cored)
  • 60 g Crumbled Paneer (mashed)
  • 30 g Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 30 g Onion (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil

Prepare the stuffing

Add crumbled paneer, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, Jeera powder, and turmeric to a mixing bowl.

Stuff the capsicum

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until combined. Tightly stuff the paneer mixture into the hollowed capsicums and brush the outer layer with refined oil.
