Ingredients

  • 150 g Ripe Mango (peeled)
  • 20 g Almonds (whole)
  • 2 tsp Honey (liquid)
  • 40 g Ice Cubes (whole)
  • 50 g Instant Oats (dry)
  • 120 g Coconut Milk (liquid)
  • 30 g Ripe Mango (cubed for garnish)
  • 5 g Almonds (chopped for garnish)
  • 0.5 tsp Chia Seeds (dry)

Instructions

Add mango base to jar

Add peeled mango, whole almonds, honey, and ice cubes to The Upliance jar. The built-in scale allows you to measure ingredients directly into the jar.

The device will now blend the base

The Upliance will blend the mango mixture on low heat for 25 seconds, automatically adjusting speed to pulverize the ice and almonds.

Add oats and milk

Add instant oats and coconut milk to the jar. The device will continue to blend the smoothie on low heat for 35 seconds until the texture is creamy.

The dish is ready

Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl or glass. Garnish with cubed mango, chopped almonds, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
