Ingredients

  • 450 g Cauliflower (sliced into thick slabs)
  • 50 g Cheese Cube (grated)
  • 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 g Paprika Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

Prepare the marinade

Add ginger garlic paste, paprika, black pepper, salt, turmeric, and olive oil to a bowl. Mix thoroughly until the spices are well combined.

Marinate the cauliflower

Slice the cauliflower into thick slabs keeping the stem attached. Brush the prepared masala generously on both sides of the cauliflower pieces.

Cook the cauliflower

Place the marinated cauliflower in The Upliance air fryer basket. Cook on high heat for 11 minutes. Add grated cheese on top and continue cooking on high heat for 4 minutes.

The dish is ready

Once the cheese is melted and the cauliflower is tender, remove from The Upliance air fryer and serve hot.
