
Add 0.5 tsp Kasoori Methi, 0.5 tsp Saunf, 20 g Jeera, 120 g chopped Onion, 1 Green Chilli, 6 peeled cloves Garlic, 6 g peeled Ginger to The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will now sauté the ingredients in the jar at 100°C for 60 seconds using automatic stirring.
Add 90 g cut Tomatoes, 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala, 0.5 tsp Salt, 30 g Cashews, 100 ml Water, 30 g trimmed Paneer, and 30 ml Cream to The Upliance jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes using automatic stirring.
After cooking, The Upliance will automatically stir for an additional 5 seconds at 20°C. Garnish with grated Paneer and Coriander leaves (outside the device).
