Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 2 pieces Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 5 g Ginger
  • 5 pieces Tomato (halved)
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Add aromatics and tempering

Add quartered onions, ginger, ghee, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, and dried red chillies to The Upliance jar.

Chop and Sauté

The Upliance will now chop the ingredients and then sauté them on medium heat for approximately 4 minutes until aromatics are softened and spices are tempered.

Add tomatoes and spices

Add the halved tomatoes, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, garam masala, coriander powder, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt to the jar.

Cook and Blend

The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes and automatically blend it to a smooth consistency at high speed. The dish is ready to serve.
