Ingredients

  • 300 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 20 g Curd

Prepare the marinade

Add curd, refined oil, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and all dry spices (salt, chili, cumin, coriander, garam masala) to a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.

Marinate the paneer

Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Place the marinated paneer into the airfryer basket liner.

The Upliance will cook the paneer at high heat for 7 minutes. Flip the paneer pieces, and the device will cook again at high heat for another 7 minutes to ensure even browning.

The dish is ready

Once the paneer is golden and slightly charred, remove from the basket and serve hot.
